Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for NZD 45 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. Children from 3 years old to 16 years old stay for NZD 45 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Surcharges: 3.5% surcharge - Applicable on all payments made through American Express and Diner Club Credit cards. 2.5% surcharge - Applicable on all other Credit card payments. 2.5% surcharge - On all payments made through the Tap mode using Debit cards. No surcharge - On payments made using debit cards inserted or swiped at the PoS machine. No surcharge - On payments made using EFTPOS cards. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be made. Only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation."
